Who is Tim Oakley?

Tim Oakley is a human being who lives in a town on the Southern Oregon Coast of the United States.  As a hobby, Tim often takes photographs of things and people.  He also enjoys writing songs and playing music with a guitar.  He also sings but he's not great at it.  He also makes short films.
